Add the red onion, turmeric, fennel seeds, ground cloves, red chilli and mint.


Mix the mince and the mix together and, before you roll out, add in an egg yolk to bind it all together.

Roll out in to pattes.

Ingredients for what happens next.

Add the yoghurt, mint and fine lime/lemon zest and mix in.

Fry them until cooked through.
